What is thebizmo?

thebizmo is a great place to find fun and exiting content for your mobile phone and PC. By placing your bizmo on your web pages you have your own store where you can sell your own or other peoples content.

How can I get started?

You can get started by uploading your video, ringtones, music or other digital content to bizmo by selecting media type to upload in the Upload section.

Select a media item together with title, description tags and prize from the price drop down.

If you allow other bizmo members to sell your content you will reach a wider audience and will have a higher commercial footprint.

Select "Upload and Save" to save the changes and enable the content in your personal bizmo.

What formats can I upload?

Dependent on media type, you can upload different formats. For audio we accept MP3, AIF and WAV. For Video we accept 3gp or mp4 from your phone, from your computer accept MP4, DivX, MOV, WMW and AVI. To shorten the time spent for upload we recommend you to use the DivX format since it takes up less bandwidth from your computer.

What are Tags?

Tags are keywords that describe content. For example, a ring tone with animals from the farm might be tagged with "chicken", "cow", and "farm." Users who enjoy animal ring tones can then search for any of those terms and that ring tone will show up in their search results. Tags help you find new content you might like, and also help you label your uploads so that other people can find them more easily.

How do I unpublish my content?

To unpublish your content, simply log in, and drag desired item from your bizmo to the favourites section. By dragging content into the trash can you will delete it completely. You will only be able to delete content that you have uploaded yourself.

Can I change my nickname?

Yes, you can change your nickname since we use your email address as your identifier in bizmo. You can change you nickname in 'My Details'. However we do encourage you to keep the same nickname so your fans will be able to find your content.

How do I change my password?

To change your password click on 'Change Password' in the 'My Details' section. Change the two password fields on this page and Save the changes.
