Get them while they are hot!
How many times have you tried sending out invitations using facebook or myspace and seen people promise to turn up for your gig, just to find out on the day that your fans had somewhere else they would rather be? The trick is to sell your fans the tickets while they are thinking about going. Whether you are running a sports arena or just pre selling tickets for a club gig or company outing, getting the tickets sold upfront is important for a whole bunch of reasons. Thebizmo ticketing system can handle any size arena as long as it operates with either free seating throughout the venue or has at least one section with free seating.

Heres how it works if you are playing a small club gig or organising a small event yourself

1. Talk to the venue and tell them you are selling some of the tickets to the gig yourself.
2. Ask how many tickets you can sell and the venue will always be happy to give you a number.
3. Then create the correct number of virtual tickets in your bizmo microstore and start selling.
4. When your fans buy a ticket from you they will be emailed a pdf that they can printout and take to the gig.
5. The printed tickets will have a barcode on them (more about that later) but they will also have other identifiers that will let the door crew deal with them in a simple fashion like a guestlist.
6. When you leave for the gig take the tickets out of your bizmo and print out the guestlist .
7. This can then be given to the venue doorcrew to use as an ordinary checklist.
8. Now use the guest list to calculate what the venue owes you based on whatever business deal you cut regarding the tickets.

And here is how it works If you run a larger venue, sports club or simillar

1. Create the tickets in your bizmo microstore.
2. Put your store where you usually talk to your audience online.
3. Have the bands or performers players and their fans sell them by copying your store and pasting it into their facebook myspace etc pages. This is where the reseller commission really works as an incentive
4. When your guests turn up just scan the tickets with a barcode reader provided by us on request, and your guest can pass through.
5. Sports clubs and larger venues have used thebizmo ticketing system and it really gets the audience through the doors at record speed.
